Booking and Rental Conditions

All correspondence will be sent to the first named person at the address specified on the booking form. The booking is not accepted until acknowledged by ourselves. The person must pay £100 per week deposit on completion of the booking form. The balance plus £150 security deposit (by separate cheque) must be paid 8 weeks prior to the date of departure. The rental period commences 4pm local time on the day of arrival as indicated on the booking form.The villa must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.

Pool Heating - It is generally considered advisable to have pool heating from November To March inc. The cost is £10 per day if paid to us prior to departure; this ensures the heating will then be on for your arrival. Should you decide to have the heating after your arrival, then it will be necessary to arrange and pay for this locally. Please note it may take two to three days to heat the pool.

Security Deposit - A security deposit of £150 per booking is payable. This will be required with the final balance as a separate cheque, which will be destroyed as soon as possible after your return home, when confirmation has been received that the villa has been left in satisfactory condition and the keys have been returned.

Rental Charges include all of the following:- Bedlinen and towels (some beach towels are available in the villa). Water,Elecricity and Cable TV. If additional baby equipment is required, please let us know in advance as this can be hired from our management company.

Cancellation - In the event that you cancel your booking for whatever reason, the following cancellation charges will apply:- More than 8 weeks -- The deposit. Between 6 & 8 weeks --50% of the total rental costs. Between 4 & 6 weeks --75% of the total rental costs. Less than 4 weeks --100% of the total rental costs.

Liability - Although every effort is made to ensure that the villa is in perfect order for your holiday, we cannot accept liability for any third party claim, accident, damage or loss to you, your property, or for any medical expenses however incurred. YOU ARE ADVISED TO TAKE OUT YOUR OWN HOLIDAY AND MEDICAL INSURANCE
